Thomas Cameron (Founder, Director)
Thomas Cameron has been growing peaches, cherries and plums at the wild, eastern edge of the Grand Valley for 25 years, being one of the first in the modern age to grow them organically, beginning in 1989.
Manuel Mota (Orchard manager)
Manuel has been an important part of our farm for three years. He works all over the farm with machinery, as well as focusing primarily on the orchard for the summer and winter seasons. Manuel is a wonderful cook, especially appreciated for his generous helpings of guacamole!
Billi Davis (CSA Farm Manger, Director)
Billi is the vegetable farmer here at the Cameron Place CSA. He lives with his family in Palisade and is the mastermind behind all the vegetable cultivation.
Ben Wilke (2010 Assistant Garden Manager)
Ben Wilke ventured out from the Appalachia of Virginia after graduating from Virginia Tech with a Biological Systems Engineering Degree. Rooted in great respect and interest for the outdoors he strives to live within the limits that nature provides. Fresh fruits and veggies, hiking, biking, and sitting on top of rocks fuel the idealistic mind that keeps him searching for a holistic lifestyle.
Melanie Ettenger (2010 CSA Membership Coordinator, Flower garden Manager, events manager)
You may know Melanie Ettenger as a work share member summer 2009. She is our flower garden manager as well as special events coordinator.
